the new edition of the "Vivarium" poetry

Catanzaro - Al via la terza edizione del Premio “Vivarium - Omaggio a Giovanni Paolo II”, di poesia. Al concorso, promosso dalle Edizioni Ursini e organizzato dall’Associazione “Acca-demia dei Bronzi”, si partecipa inviando da una a quattro poesie inedite, in lingua ita-liana e a tema libero, ciascuna delle quali non dovrà superare i 30 versi.
Gli elaborati dovranno essere inviati, con posta ordinaria, in duplice copia con firma ed indirizzo dell’autore, entro il 30 aprile 2011, all’Associazione “Accademia dei Bronzi”, Via Sicilia, 26, Catanzaro. The award ceremony will take place within the month of August in a popular resort in the province of Catanzaro. The best poems, whose selection will be entrusted to a committee of professors and literary critics, will be published for free in a special anthology to be presented during the final event and sent free of charge to public libraries and several major Italian and European institutes of theology . At first
prize winner will be published a volume of poems by one hundred pages, more pre-I, consisting of plates and silver medals will be awarded to ten poets and twenty finalists reported.
Special prizes will go to the best poetry dedicated to John Paul II, or religious subjects, as well as journalists, writers and poets who have distinguished themselves in the field of social communications.
In the last edition, held July 29, 2009, in Room Sacto Petri Archdiocese of Catanzaro, the prize went to writer Maria Pia Furini Soverato for the unpublished novel "This crazy love," the poet Pino Veltri Co-without for the lyric "I was looking for" and, for Section non-fiction, and to Adele Fulciniti Bruno Perri for the essay "Zeffirelli: un'Aida between microcosm and macrocosm," vo-lume in recent days published by Edizioni Ursini.
