Methodology

Nella costruzione del campione si tiene conto delle variazioni intervenute nell'universo di riferimento rispetto alla precedente rilevazione. Le classi di importo riportate nella tabella sono aggregate sulla base della distribuzione delle operazioni tra le diverse classi presenti nella rilevazione statistica; lo scostamento dei tassi aggregati rispetto al dato segnalato per ciascuna classe di importo è contenuto. A decorrere dal decreto trimestrale del dicembre 2009, la metodologia di calcolo del TEG applica le modifiche introdotte con la revisione delle Istruzioni per la rilevazione emanate dalla Banca d'Italia nell'agosto 2009 (1) . Le segnalazioni inviate dagli intermediari tengono anche conto dei chiarimenti forniti dalla Banca d'Italia, attraverso il sito internet, in risposta ai quesiti pervenuti (2) .

rinnovata metodologia di calcolo ha comportato l'introduzione di alcune modifiche nella griglia dei tassi: viene data separata evidenza agli scoperti senza affidamento - in precedenza compresi tra le aperture di credito in conto corrente - ai crediti personali e agli anticipi e sconti; sono stati unificati i tassi applicati da banche e finanziarie per tutte le categorie di operazioni; sono state distinte tre tipologie di operazioni di leasing (“autoveicoli e aeronavale”, “immobiliare” e “strumentale”); sono stati separati i TEG pubblicati per il “credito finalizzato” e il “credito revolving” ; la categoria residuale “altri finanziamenti” non prevede la distinzione per soggetto funded (households or firms).

Rilevazione degli interessi di mora
