Sappiamo che esiste un Programma di Sviluppo Rurale
quello della Regione Sicilia (PSR 2007/13) è un programma ambizioso, strategico, voluto dal PDL condiviso e approvato in tempo utile grazie all’impegno dei suoi uomini fra tutti l’On. La Via già assessore per l’agricoltura nei governi passati. Un programma che ridisegna l’agricoltura siciliana ancorata a schemi vecchi e a programmi di spesa superati come il POR.
MA NON CAPIAMO perché AD OGGI i bandi che attuano le singole misure sono scarsamente partecipati.
Ma oggi chiediamo al Governo regionale che ne è di questo programma?
cosa sta mettendo in campo per assicurare alle aziende siciliane l’aggregazione,il mercato,la promozione che sono i punti cardine del PSR?
Non abbiamo capito ancora se la Sicilia partecipa al Vinitaly o no;
cosa sta mettendo in campo per irrobustire e plasmare un nocciolo duro di aziende siciliane capaci di reggere gli urti di un mercato sempre più difficile e globale?
e nel contempo cosa sta facendo per salvaguardare le piccole realtà? Bisogna velocizzare ed attuare per tutti i comparti in crisi l’accordo con la CRIAS voluto da Giovanni La Via che prevedeva aiuti di limitato importo con tasso agevolato per 5 anni, bisogna innescare in modo forte il processo di rinegoziazione dei mutui contratti dalle imprese, ma soprattutto bisogna dare una svolta strutturale all’agricoltura siciliana non un ritorno all’antico at company level which leads to a growth of mediocrity was always grappling with calls for spending and contributions to the rain that do nothing but debt.
